1.) ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using cflads.com, you agree to the Terms of Use ("TOU").
2.) MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.
3.) CONTENT
You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the cflads, are the sole responsibility of the person from which they originated.
4.) CONDUCT
The user agrees NOT to post ads with the following content:
 Child Pornography or Obscene Material
Gambling Items
Prostitution
Drugs
Guns/Ammo
Racism
False Advertisements
Irrelevant Content
Misrepresentation
Stolen Property
Material that Infringes Copyright
Anything that violates local, state, and federal laws.
Alcohol or tobacco products.
Counterfeit currency, coins and stamps, tickets, as well as equipment designed to make them.
Bulk email or mailing lists
False identification cards, items with police insignia, citizenship documents, or birth certificates.
Fireworks or any destructive devices or explosives.
Additionally, the users agrees not to:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to cflads computer systems or
engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or cflads.com
Stalk or harass anyone.
Post the same item or service in more than one classified category at a time.
Post ads in a category that does not relate to the item or service being offered.
5.) REPORTING GUIDELINES
Users can only report ads if it violates #4 of the TOU.
6.) PAID POSTINGS
We may charge a fee to post ads in certain categories. The fee is an access fee permitting ads to be posted in a designated area. Each party posting ads is responsible for the said ad and compliance with the TOU. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the event that ad is removed for violating the TOU.
7.) TERMINATION OF SERVICE
You agree that cflads.com has the right to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to cflads.com immediately and without notice if you have acted inconsistently with the TOU. |
